PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!! Sprint mogul ppc 6800 (service issues)

Ive gone through at least 6 htc mogul ppc 6800. This particular model has cost me important calls, valuable time and good money. The problem im having w/ this phone is i dont receive incoming calls most of the time. Ive had friends and family call me up 6 times each w/ out my phone even ringing. My text and voicemails wont arrive to my phone 3 to 4 hours later, sometimes even 6 hours or more. In addition to the text problems, when i do receive mutltiple text, they arrive out of timely order w/ 20 minutes gap in between them. I NEED HELP, they just keep replacing this model but i have the same problem. I highly doubt its the coverage because my family of 6 all have sprint and there phones work well. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP, WHAT CAN I DO?

IM HOPING TO GET A FREE UPGRATE OTHER WISE I SPENT 500$ ON A PHONE THAT DOES NOT WORK.

I would cotinue to hammer away at Sprint for a solution. One phone , two, maybe if you really reach, three phones that have the same problem. But six phones ? The Sprint Mogul is a very popular phone, and this is not a " known " or chronic problem with this phone. It must be Sprint and the service that they are providing to this particular model.

Demand that they fix the service or upgrade your phone. Do you find this valuable?
