Well there is multiple ways but re you looking for an actual file with all your contacts? Do you find this valuable?

You can backup your contacts to your PC using ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center (depending on whether you are running XP or Vista on the PC). You can backup your contacts to your storage card on your device using Sprite Backup, or other similar backup program Do you find this valuable?
