deal with a phone that I cannot keep functioning
Oct 6 2009, 8:38 PM EDT
As I mentioned..I love my HTC phone..however, I have had to replace one and repair the second one twice...and after 2 weeks..need to send it back. I am a texter..and only text 1000 or so a month...which has diminished in the last 3 months...so, I bougt this phone for that purpose...as well as my business use. I love it...but, knew it would not last, with the slide keyboard...and that is my issue....I am so frustrated because, I am always the first to have the newest..best phone on the market...and I want to say how great this phone is...I just can't handle this inconvience...so..how do I go about getting my money back?

I have 4 Tilts (HTC-8925) in my business and several employees use 3,000 or more text messages per month. We have had the devices for over a year and all are functioning well. I had to have mine replace under warrantee twice, but neither time was it for a keyboard problems. When I first bought my original 8125, I didn't expect the slide out keyboard to last, but that phone is 4 years old and the keyboard will works flawlessly. Check with your carrier, they will probably replace the device if you are having keyboard issues. Do you find this valuable? |
