Hello ,, hope someone hearing me ...

My HTC touch diamond .. when i switching on .. the screen is showing 4 colors ( RED, GREEN, Blue & White) on red it is written or showing

DIAM140 64M
SPL-1.93.0000
MicroP-Diam (LED) v11
PSOC-Diam STAGE_PVT v0x32 (On Green )

And Serial / USB (when i connected to PC showing USB) (on white)

i tried to Hardrest but it is booting the same screen ... Active Sync 4.5 Not connected and saying USB not recognized..

i can see only 4 color screen only ..

is it gone ???

No its probably not "gone". You are in the bootloader (tricolor screen).

First thing I would try is to reflash your ROM.

Just wondering, do you have a cooked ROM flashed?

Thanks for you reply..

to flash the rom .. PC / Laptop is not detecting the device ..either through Active sync 4.5 or As USB ..

when i tried to connect it .. it saying .. "USB Not Recognized" .. i installed and re-installed the Active 4.5 on my XP ... checked firewall setup .. and rebooted it .. as mentioned in one of thread .. but still no use ..

Pls Help me ..

It has nothing to do with active sync.

What normally happens is...

You plug in the device, your PC installs the drivers, and then you can run the RUU (ROM Update Utility)

I am assuming your running windows xp?
Use a different USB port, refrain from using the usb ports on the front of most PC's

then try just running the RUU after you have plugged in the device.
