My HTC Touch Dual won't work!

i got it from a friend (second hand), brought it home and charged it. everything worked fine, no problems at all. Was getting used to it for a day then decided to download some apps and things for it. Was working for the next day until i got home when it must have died from low battery, then I turned it on and it started fine and was working but then it froze when i tried to open a text so i turned it off and on again and now it will turn on and get to the greeny blue screen that says Windows Mobile and stays there, i don't know what has happened..... somebody help?! Do you find this valuable?

If a Soft Reset doesnt bring it back to normal function, you will need to do the Hard Reset-this will undo everything that you have done on the unit and return it to out of box condition. This issue could have been caused by the apps that you loaded... Do you find this valuable?
