I cant seem to send a photo to another phone. Whats up with this? Do you find this valuable?

Telus doesn't allow some phone to send and receive MMS. I don't no if the HTC Touch dual is able to but I no the HTC Touch doesn't. So maybe call your service provider. Do you find this valuable?
