I think it all started like this:
I was aligning the screen which i have been doing successfully. this particular
day i was aligning it when i observed that it was hanging. I interrupt the
operation by just switching it off and on again.
what i observed then was that the screen could not be tapped again.
it is now "Frozen".
Right now, I cannot use the start button, i don't have access to my contacts.
I have tried to reset and no change.
Please what do you thing I can do.
Could it be that the screen has gone bad. Do you find this valuable?
