Can anyone tell me Can i upgrade 8525 Wm 6.0 to 6.1 or 6.5. I checked with HTC customer care. they told me 8525 can work only till WM 6.0 .
is it true. if not please tell me till what upgrade can i do and also if you can give me the site for downloading the WM OS Do you find this valuable?

try xda developers or ppcgeeks, you might be able to find a cooked ROM there

Is the 8500 motherboard identical to the 8525? I am having problems with my 8500 display. It seems as if there is no backlight. The display is barely visible and the touch screen doesn't react. Soft and hard reset changes nothing, Do I need a new LCD and is that part 4WB11-42? Do you find this valuable?

Im not sure, Usually motherboards are device specific but don't quote me on that. but if id had to say, no there not the same motherboard.

Again IM NOT SURE Do you find this valuable?
