htc dash no icon for tmobile faves

New HTC S620 tmobile provider. Myfaves icon is missing in applications and tmobile cannot help me. Also not reading my sim card. Do you find this valuable?

It is my understanding there should be an icon on the start menu for myfaves. Tmobile tech support tried to help me for over an hour and could not get myfaves to show up on phone. Thanks for the reply. Not sure what to do, probably file 13 phone and try another. Do you find this valuable?

Windows xp pro, SP3. There are several other functions missing, i.e., applications, myfaves, menu in settings incomplete. Thanks again for reply. Do you find this valuable?

Oh your talking about on the computer lol

This is were mine is located (Vista)

C:\Users\username\Favorites\Mobile Favorites

You could just make a shortcut to were ever you want

Icontacted the seller and apparently he has had several HTC S620 phones returned due to not being compatible with Tmobile service. Sure appreciate your help. Next time I will purchase a phone that actually says "Tmobile" on the phone. Ha Do you find this valuable?

idk why you want my faves on the dash it's just bloatware and because its a unbranded phone some programs may not be on it but as long as your my faves is up to date with tmobile it will still charge the calls correctly when you call them as far as the programs missing they maybe avaliable as cabs online if you look around Do you find this valuable?
