dash wont boot please help im about to throw this dam thing

I renamed my pim file while syncd to my pc now it won't boot and won't sync with my pc how do I fix this please help im about to trow this dam thing

If you disconnect the two devices and rename the PIM file back to its original name, it should sync again. If that doesn't work, and you have your data backed up to the PC, you can hard reset the device which will bring the device back up with a blank PIM file that has the correct name. You can then sync to your PC and refill the PIM file on the device. Be careful to select the correct option when you set up the sync relationship between the device and PC to have the PC data overwrite the device NOT the device overwrite the PC - that will lose your backup data.
