Removing Programs

Hi All,

I just got a touch diamond 2 and I wanted to remove some of the programs like Opera and Google maps. I went into setting -> Add/remove programs but no programs showed up there. I tried to go into the file directory where the programs were stored using windows explorer from my computer but it told me I didn't have permission to remove the programs. I can't open the place where the program is stored using the touches own file explorer because it crashes everytime I try to open the 'windows' folder where tehy are stored.

Please help - how do I uninstall programs I don't want?

You cannot. Programs that are written into the rom cannot be removed. And the phone' s rom restricts the user from doing so.
