Works - But Short Recording Time

I tried it today for two things. One on a conversation which 1/4 way through it stopped recording and the other to get a clean record of a voicemail. It did not save it as .wav.
Anyone know how to MAKE IT RECORD 4 a LONGER DURATION and CONVERT OR SAVE RECORDED FILE AS A .WAV? Do you find this valuable?
