How do i get downloaded movies from my comp to my Touch HD?

I've downloaded a few South Park and Family Guy eps to get to my phone, but i'm not sure how to do it. Also, if you can, how do i get downloaded Limewire Music files to my system?

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/forpros/encoder/default.mspx and then send it to your phone or sd card Do you find this valuable?
