My HTC 6800 Freezes

Hey everyone I recently got the 6800 and the darn thing constantly freezes. I have an 8 GB storage card in my phone and the only extra app I have is Facebook. I freezes everytime I go into my contacts and when I get calls they sometimes won't show. I think that this is a cool phone and I have thought about taking it back to my provider Cellular South, but they are so funny about warranty claims. I have to take the battery out of it 3 times a day and I do the soft resets as well. I do not talk on the phone while it is charging and I turn the phone off when it charges. I am about to cry!!!! Do you find this valuable?
