i have not got the symbol for the second camera so i can not switch between them
has anyone got any tips on this problem please help

Are you talking about switching the Camera Mode from Photo to Video? If so, when you are in the Camera, you should be able to ap the screen to access a pop up menu that gives you the option to change the camera mode. Do you find this valuable?
