This is scary stuff! Does your phone tell on you? Does it let someone else track you, listen in on your conversations or your text messages or otherwise let them spy on you? Although their recommendation of getting rid of the phone is a bit extreme, a hard reset or flashing it should wipe it out. You should also check the Extended ROM and the Storage Card to ensure it didn't install itself there. Having a strong password on the phone should also prevent anybody from installing such software on your phone. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
