Phone as a modem

I have noticed with the lastest firmware update, I have not been able to use my phone as a modem. Did something change? Do you find this valuable?

What happens when you ty to tether? Do you find this valuable?

I get an error 67 user name and/or password is incorrect. Do you find this valuable?
