My HTC S720 is breaking again. No more warranty. Does anyone know how to physicaly open the device to re-install a screw that fell out? The screw is suposed to hold the screen portion to the slide mechanism. Do you find this valuable?

Those Screws are very tiny and not so easy to install yourself. I would suggest you send in your phone to Dr Cell Phone. Those guys are very professional and repair it in one day. I got my HTC G1 screen Replaced for a lot cheaper than buying a new phone. They Repaired the phone in one day. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I could not find a service manual for your device, you may have to just wing it if you set on doing it your self.
