At&t tilt touch screen non-responsive after hard reset, help.

i have an att tilt that the touch screen became non responsive i tried to align the screen but i can't do much because i had to click on the non responsive screen so, after reading many posted i decided to do a hard reset i did it but now the screen still being non responsive and i can't tab on in to start windows.. any one knows what to do? please i need help. Do you find this valuable?

Make sure that you are doing the hard reset correctly, look in the photo section for a photo how to, and after pressing the soft keys/hold and stylus in soft reset hole, until white screen with further instructions on it.. I can't tell you how many people have done soft reset after soft reset with no results before realizing they are doing it wrong. If you are confident that you are doing it right, do it several times. Some times it takes multiple times before it works. If not then it is most likely a hardware problem and will need service.
