HTC Fuze caller ID lag

Hello all,
I'm having issue with caller id and ring tone. First it takes couple of sec to show name from phone book. Second - I have customer ring tones assign to people but first it uses default ring tone and a moment and then it plays customer ring.
I believe those 2 issues are related.
Anybody having same issue?

yeah, I noticed that too, when I get a call, it will say unknown at first then it will say who it is...strange! Do you find this valuable?

The delay is usually a combination of the network sending the number to the device, the device then looking for a match in the Contacts...
