htc touch diamond problem canadian telus version HELP!

I have the diamond and when ever i go online to msn
i can se people online and the can se me, but when i try
to talk to them i get a msg saying i got to try again.
they can se me online but i dont recieve there msg when
they sen one to me.
can anyone help me out? Do you find this valuable?

Do not "bump" your posts as it only adds clutter!
Have you tested from your desktop to see if you get the same result?
Have you changed your MSN Status (online to busy and then back to online) to see if that changes anything?
Have you soft reset your device? Do you find this valuable?

Have you done the rom update for the Telus Diamond from htc.com\ca?
Since some of msn features such as hotmail can only be accessed through windows live so you may want to try that. Do you find this valuable?

I have tryed that and i did a soft reset...
When i got the phone i remember going to HTC website and downloading a update but i dont know if thats teh one..
