HTC Diamond Keyboard Question

Hi. I'm a new user with an HTC Diamond. Using the IE browser (or the Opera Browser) whenever I visit a webpage that has a field entry box (i.e. http://m.cnbc.com) the keyboard automatically "appears" blocking the page. Does anyone know how to change the setting so that the keyboard doesn't pop up everytime a form box is on a browser page? Thanks. Do you find this valuable?

As far as I know, this ennoying kb pops up without control. this one of the worst thing of that cellphone. I did never find a solution to that problem on forums. And there is no option to configure it. I changed my browser to OperaMini to have much space to view pages. Do you find this valuable?
