Is there a way to used the phone to connect to the web using the USB cable or any other way.

Are you asking about using the interent connection from your PC to get webpages on your device (Desktop PassThrough) or using the internet connection from your device to view webpages on your device (Internet Sharing)?
We also need to know what model of device you have? Do you find this valuable?

Yes but what Internet connection do you want to use: the one from your phone or the one from your notebook (ISP)??? Do you find this valuable?

I want to used the phone, since it is already connected to the web is that possible, then just send the signal to the notebook.
