TROUBLE GETTING VISUAL OF WEB PAGE ON DEVICE SCREEN

Cannot get visual display on the screen on my HTC Advantage X7501. Web Page does not download correctly. Any suggestions on how to set this up and what is the best web browser (tried using both Opera and IE)? Do you find this valuable?

What exactly do you mean that it does not download directly? This device is basically a mini laptop and the settings are the same in Opera and IE. More details please. Do you find this valuable?
