I just got my first smart phone and I LOVE it! BUT, i have one problem:70% of the time, the sound is gone. The only way i can talk to anyone, answer the phone, or listen to music and/or video is to plug in my headphones to it. Is this a common problem? I'm assuming it's a hardware issue. I've done the reset, hard reset and the updates. It's really aggravating having to plug in the headphones every time someone calls. The sound works sometimes, but sometimes sometimes ain't enough. Any suggestions/elp is greatly appreciated. Oh yeah, it's an Alltel HTC 6800 Do you find this valuable?

"I just got my first smart phone and I LOVE it! BUT, i have one problem:If you have done all the resets and have adjusted the volume controls in "sounds and notifications " then it must be a hardware problem, not a software problem. You should seek warranty repair, 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
