almost impossible to charge battery

I everyone, my qtek 8500 is almost 2 years old and till now.....it worked quite well. But it's a little bit more than one month that I cannot charge the battery. When i plug it in, sometimes the light turns, after charging, from red to green but when i turn on the apparauts it's completely discharged and it turns off. I bought a new, original qtek battery but I have the same problems. Sometimes it even doesn't start charging and no light turns on. I tried both the home charger and the usb conneting cable. Does anyone know what could I do?

It sounds like its a problem in the phones charging circuit. I had a old Motorola E815 that did that after a short time and I went through a couple phones until they fixed the flaw in the production line. You eliminated everything else so its new phone time or get a cradle charger for the battery and change batteries all the time.
