Phone running low message

I own a wing and the main problem with it is that it does not have enough ram to run the phone. Now my phone keeps sending me a Phone running low on free storage message. I cannot get it off. I have a 4 gig card on my phone and store everything there. And have taken everything off of my phone but the message is persistant.

And have taken everything off of my phone but the message is persistant."You should also clear your Internet Explorer History as this takes up space too. Open Internet Explorer, select Menu>Tools>Options>Memory Tab> Clear History Tab. You should also clear your Temp files, that will free up more space. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

It should clear some memory without deleting important files. Do you find this valuable? |
