My phone is saying simlock, and i can not rememer that old password how do i over write the old one now please help. Do you find this valuable?

You need to call your carrier. Most cariers install a sim lock as a security measure. If people put in the wrong unlock pin a certain amount of time the sim locks. If you do it ten or more times The sim cancels and you need to get a new sim.
