i have problems with my htc fuze keyboard

one time it stopped working and i just turned it off and back on and it worked again but the other day i left it open for a while and i tried to use it and it didnt want to work so i turned it off and on and i tried to write a txt and lets say i try to type "hi" only the "h" will come up..only the first key i hit works and none of em work after that. i did a hard reset like 3 times already. i called for an exchange already

oh and my light on the keys does turn on and the screen goes sideways like its suppost to is just the keyboard. i think its the flex cable inside. anyone else experiencing something similar?

ive had the same issue and it freezes for two or more minutes at a time. i was told to try at& t and if they do not exchange it call htc's warranty department for an exchange.
