Wondering if anyone else has speakerphone volume problems?

Hi everyone,

Are any of you having problems hearing when you use the Fuze as a speakerphone? I had the same problem with the Tilt. However, I like the Fuze much better, even with the volume problems. Their customer support is AWESOME.

Thanks!

I find that if I put my device back down on a surface when using Speakerphone, the audio is quieter (muffled by the surface that I have it set on) and is hard to hear, If it is face down, and the speaker is exposed, the audio is better. I do however have issue trying to use it in the car, it is to quiet for me to hear. This isnt a big problem since I use a wired headset when I am drving.

I love that they included the connection for a wired headset. Even in the car though, with the wired headset, I am having trouble. I am enjoying the phone a lot though. Do you find this valuable?
