My G1 just won't turn on--panick situation

Hello guru's...please help...i recently got G1, unpacked , inserted GSM sim & battery, switched on & phone started, I cancelled the google sign up & switched off the phone. Later I connected it with my laptop via usb to charge for some time (still it was switched off) But that was all I just cannot switch the phone back ON....I tried replacing battrey, as well but no avail, even if I try to charge it shows no led's -nothing...its liked dead...please help me... 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Hey man. ive just got my G1 and done the same thing. turned it off and charged it from the Mains but now it wont turn back on :(

TMobile is closed today so I'm out of luck too unless someone comes here and posts a know solution. Do you find this valuable? |

TMobile is closed today so I'm out of luck too unless someone comes here and posts a know solution."hey i dont use these forums just roaming the internet but ya uh u can still get a hold of t-mobile just ask for technocal support ok (I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THIS SHYT TO GET THE DATA PLAN I"M SO MAD my 2hours to 48hours start at 4am its 143 pm make that 44 pm and still no service sigh) Do you find this valuable? |

OK...finally there's some luck...after losing all hope (i could not take it to TMOBILE either as mine is unlocked one) ...I realized that on taking outbatt that out of the three 'pins' attached to phone which actually connects the batt 'pins'..one of it was 'pushed lower down' & when I connect my batt it won''t touch the corrsponding batt pin. I pulled it slightly up & voila!!! its back/... 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

"OK...finally there's some luck...after losing all hope (i could not take it to TMOBILE either as mine is unlocked one) ...I realized that on taking outThis works!!! my phone had something droped on it and i thought it was done... just broke. but than i fiddled with it a lil bit when i was reading this and when i moved the battery it started to kick back to life. i cheked the pins and they were uneven so i flicked them up a lil bit and now it works fine again!! thanks! 1 out of 1 found this valuable.
