htc pro contacts won\'t display

I have a problem with my Touch Pro. When I try to open the contacts pressing the respective tab the screen makes a soft reset. I tried to do it several times and did'nt solve the problem. I don't know if this was caused because I installed additional soft i tried on the phone or for something else. Would anyone be so kind to tell me how can i recover this function on my home screen. I would really very much appreciate it.

I would really very much appreciate it. "Remove the additional software that you installed, soft reset the device after the removal and retest.
