ActiveSync is missing Outlook contacts

Why is it that only some of my contacts from Outlook 2007 are syncing with my HTC Touch Pro using Microsoft ActiveSycn Do you find this valuable?

I have the same problem with Vista, some of my contacts are missed on my HTC touch diamond, where u able to solve this problem Do you find this valuable?
