I have a Diamond that will crash when there is only that program running. I have not installed any third party applications either. This problem is still evident after 2 Master Resets. Crashing applications include, but are not limited to; Opera, Youtube, Address Book, Active Sync (while plugged into the computer but not syncing). Do you find this valuable?

To follow up, none of the fixes on this page helped to fix this. Do you find this valuable?

Hi I'm also facing the same issue with my 3 months old diamond.
Mobile become hanged (freeze) some time and it won’t allow me to do anything on it. Even I can’t switch off the device when it is hanged. To switch off it I need to remove the battery from back. This issue is happening always especially when I charge the phone through my laptop.

 Do you find this valuable?

My Diamond was 2 days old and it would crash when i do a sms message. No other apps running. fresh off a Cold reset it reset during a sms message. Hard reset fixed that for now... Do you find this valuable?

We shouldn't have to Master Reset to fix these issues... what a hassel Do you find this valuable?
