How can I save or backup SMS texts onto my PC?

I am wondering how to save or backup my text (SMS) messages to my computer.
Does it use Outlook? Is there a free method?

oh and its free, and i dont think you can use outlook to back up sms Do you find this valuable?

I download a tool called iMobileTool SMS Backup. It helps me to backup SMS messages from Windows Mobile Phone to computer and keep them safe.It works well for me.
