its gps capable i jsut need to know how to work the satelites to get my google maps working Do you find this valuable?

I have the same concerns but am told by Verizon and HTC that for this phone to be GPS functional there has to be some sort of ROM update. Neither company seems to have a plan for this to happen? Do you find this valuable?
