Unable to reply SMS on HTC Touch Diamond
Sep 3 2008, 10:38 AM EDT I did a soft reset today after my phone hung on me. Afterwhich, I could view new and old messages but could not reply to any. I now get a blank white screen whenever I press reply. There is an error message that states "The message cannot be signed and/or encrypted". Please help!! Do you find this valuable? |

Do you find this valuable? |

Sep 3 2008, 10:43 AM EDT Is there no other way besides a hard reset? I have done a hard reset on this phone at least 5 times since I bought the phone 2 months ago and it is getting frustrating. What actually happened? Do you find this valuable? |

I have done a hard reset on this phone at least 5 times since I bought the phone 2 months ago and it is getting frustrating.Im thinking its the only way unless u can restore from a backup. i always configure my device exactly the way i like it all the tweaks software and such then use sprite back up to make an image of it so if i ever have to hard reset its less painful. i searched all diamond forums for your error message it appears your the only one with this issue that has reported it so far. so the only troubleshooting i can offer is a hard reset. Do you find this valuable? |
