HTC will not honor their manufatures warranty for a poor quality design part on there device. They want to charge me for something they should stand behind there product, dealing with their represintive was no fun as they where not at all empthictic to my problem.
Good Luck if you have to call for help.

Lucky you, you found a rep. Sinces weeks I am trying to find a contact for HTC in Austria, the telefonnumber provided at the homepage is invalid and mails are ignored. So before I spend again € 700 on an HTC Product I rather take a hammer and bang the idea out of my mind. Do you find this valuable?
