I own a Diamond for 3 months now. I didn't manage to get agps working, but instead I use this powerdul smartphone as a real gps, ALL FOR FREE.

1- Turn On localization service in Settings-->Phone
1.1- settings, external gps : com4, none 4800, check the box
2- Install gpsTest (search google.com) to see if satellites are accessible
3- Install aMaze gps freeware (great piece of software)

pros : perfectly working, freewares,
cons : downloaded maps =$$ unless unlimited data plans
1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

i did not have this kind of trouble. I installed the google maps .cab file, theb turn the location setting to on instead of the e911 setting. It works just fine for me Do you find this valuable?
