Bell HTC 6800 periodically does not wake up
Aug 14 2008, 5:22 PM EDT I purchased an HTC 6800 from Bell two weeks ago. Since that time, on two occasions, the phone could not be woken up from sleep mode (by pressing the power button), and was unable to receive calls. A soft reset restored normal function. The phone has the very latest ROM version installed.
