When someone calls me, and my phone i on standby, it takes almost 12 seconds for it to ring and let me answer, so by the time i can press answer, the phone goes to voicemail

this is extremely annoying, and troublesome. anyone know how to fix this?!?!?!? Do you find this valuable?
