HTC iPhone interface question....

I downloaded the iPhone interface for my 8125 and it's working and everything, but some of the buttons aren't programmed to the interface buttons so when I click them an error message will pop up and sometimes the interface will go away and I'll have to load it again from File Explorer. I'm really new to this, so I was wondering how I'd program 'program buttons' to the iPhone interface buttons? Thank you
