Receive longer text messages?
Jul 15 2008, 4:44 PM EDT My boyfriend just got an XV6900 and I have to pretend he doesn't have verizon when I send him text messages. VZW in-network texting has always been >160 characters and I could add things, but I can't when sending texts to him. I can't even type a smilie (i.e. :-D) without getting a message saying he can't receive the text.
Is there a modification he can install on his phone so I can continue sending him texts like I always have?
