Sprint service without phone insurance
Jul 15 2008, 2:16 PM EDT My mogul is really messed up now. It started just freezing occasionally and I got the X button and it helped but then it started constantly freezing and would even freeze during soft resets. I have given it several hard rests and the problem persists. If I bring it to a sprint service station will they replace it even if I don't have phone insurance or should I start it and wait a week before bringing it in. Thanks. Do you find this valuable? |

I have given it several hard rests and the problem persists.Bring it back, as long as it shows no sign of physical damage, or moisture damage. If it doesn't work right, it is defective. Ask for a warranty replacement. Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 29 2008, 3:14 AM EDT you definitely want to have insurance on any phone with a touch screen, because you can fix pretty much an software issures, but if you crack your screen you have to buy another phone. its only $7 a month and its worth it when your phone breaks. Do you find this valuable? |
