Let's explore other options...
Jun 22 2008, 9:35 PM EDT I've had many HTC phones...the 8025, the 8525 and the Touch. I've only been able to sync my phone up in a Windows environment. Has HTC ever given thought to those of us who use Apple systems? If I wasn't knowledgeable about how to dual boot my laptop, I'd be hard up to find a way to sync my data with my phone. HTC...I know your phones run primarily on Windows, but even Apple has a system that allows them to sync info on a Windows or Mac platform. Please, find a way that I can sync my phone on my MacBook. That way I don't have to dual boot or run Parallels. Do you find this valuable? |

It allows you to download .cabs and .zips. It's only limitations are that it is only syncing software. You cannot mount Windows Mobile and access your phone's windows files. So you can't do any rom updates through it. I used to use Parallels until I had a minor problem with it. I needed an access code to re-install it.Several emails to Parallels and several to Nova Development went unacknowledged and unanswered. They won't even answer the phone unless you buy a support package. Good product, non-exsistant customer service. I am happier with Bootcamp now. Do you find this valuable? |
