NO Service
Jun 8 2008, 10:42 AM EDT I just recently purchased a HTC touch smartphone, and only my 3rd day, I turned on my phone to see that i have NO SERVICE, literally no service at all. And it has been like my 2 days since this has happened. What should I do? Can anyone help? 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jun 8 2008, 3:46 PM EDT I'm not sure if this is the same problem, but I got a Touch Cruise and it worked perfectly for 4 days and then all of a sudden, it was unable to connect to the network. It would continually search for a network and report no service. I called HTC support and they had me do a soft reset, a hard reset, as well as check all of the settings to no avail. they then set me up with an RMA to mail it in for repairs under warranty. i mailed it in 3 times, and finally, on the third try, they fixed it. It has now been running problem free for 2 months. so....if this resembles your problem, i would pursue the RMA and mail it to HTC Support. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"How you get the RMA # ? i´m mailing thouse mot#$%$&#" and still not news....same problem and with the bar signal at maximum, i´m not able to receive phone calls or sms...is a celular nightmare....what they said about your problem ? Aug 20 2008, 11:35 AM EDT Hello, I have the same issue, my HTC DIamond cannot connect to the network. It keeps on telling me "no service"! I wish I haddn't bought that phone it's the second major issue in 1 month. I simply cannot use the phone 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
