My HTC 8525 - How do I get my phone fixed?
Jun 4 2008, 2:49 AM EDT
I had bought a AT&T's 8525 a year ago. My phone is completely messed up - the USB pins are bent and I am not able to charge the fone. Also, the qwerty keyboard is broken a bit. I want to get all this fixed. Now I do not reside in US and cant get touch base with AT&T since the warranty is void. How should I go about with this? Should I fly my fone to HTC-Taiwan? I dont see any customer support base in India and my hopes of getting my precious gadget seems to be diminishing by the day. Help!!2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
