My HTC 8525 - How do I get my phone fixed?
Jun 4 2008, 2:49 AM EDT
I had bought a AT&T's 8525 a year ago. My phone is completely messed up - the USB pins are bent and I am not able to charge the fone. Also, the qwerty keyboard is broken a bit. I want to get all this fixed. Now I do not reside in US and cant get touch base with AT&T since the warranty is void. How should I go about with this? Should I fly my fone to HTC-Taiwan? I dont see any customer support base in India and my hopes of getting my precious gadget seems to be diminishing by the day. Help!!

Any HTC professionals here? Should I send my fone to Taiwan to get it fixed and working? Do you find this valuable?

Go to the HTC home page on this site. On the support page page they have an email address and support numbers for outside the US
