Power on.
Press and hold end and call (red-green) buttons
Press and release reset button on bottom with stylus.
Release end and call buttons when menu comes up.

I don't have a touch but that sounds like a hard reset that will erase all stored data? The soft reset with just the stylus will reset the device with no data loss. Do you find this valuable?

Like above, press and release reset button on bottom with stylus, Just do not press and hold red-green buttons
