For some reason I no longer have any sound, so that the only way I know I have a call is vibrate mode. I have checked the settings, and my profile is normal. When I check the sound options within settings, selecting a particular sound does nothing. Is the Dash speaker shot? Are there other settings that I have not considered? Thanks. Do you find this valuable?

I had this problem with my original Dash and had a replacement sent from TMobile....got the replacement and the same thing happened a few months later.....it seems to be that there is some kind of problem with the speaker phone, which is where the sound comes out for ringtones, etc....i am on my third Dash and I hate it! I would suggest getting a new Dash or replacing it with a different phone if possible. Do you find this valuable?
