May 13 2008, 9:06 PM EDT Just got my new 6800, and coming from a simple flip phone I have had some fun and aggravation learning how to use it not to mention all the f eatures. I have a few questions I wolike to ask.My daughter loaded in a few ring tones, but when they play on a call the are very low in volume.I have adjusted the slider for ringer all the way up and they are still not loud,so much that if the window is open in the car and your driving the only way I can tell theres a call is I have it set on vibrate and ring. I took it off vibrate to see if tha would make a differance and it didnt. An HTC tech rep suggested that there may be 3rd party software out there ,so here i am any ideas? ANother thing I have noticed is that sometimes you have to really tap onn the keyboard to register a number to dial out.HTC also states that there is no way to adjust the sensitivity on the keys in the display. thanks for help (a soon to be hight tekky) Do you find this valuable? |
